Secure and clean data

Within the central Quentic setup, each customer receives an individual tenant with its own database and data storage, to which only the customer has access. Quentic will issue your company a personal customer ID. Every user at your company is allocated a distinct user name and password, which must be entered at each login.

When you log in to Quentic, a session cookie is generated for the exclusive use of storing the encrypted authentication information for the duration of one individual session. The session cookie is deleted when you log out or close all browser windows. You can find more on this topic in Section 4 of our privacy policy.

For data hosting, Quentic works with an established service provider that operates high-security data centers according to international standards and is verified (ISO 27001, BSI C5 and others). Redundant power and network connections for uninterrupted operation, exemplary fire protection, regular security patches and separate backups, web application firewalls (WAFs), DDoS protection, strict access control, and 24/7 in-house staff are just a few of the many physical and logical security measures implemented. Encrypted storage (AES) and data transmission ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Customers in the EMEA region (servers in Germany) and customers in the Americas (servers in the USA) use different server locations.
