Quentic is proud to once again be among the winners of the 2021 Great Place to Work® competition for “Best Employer in ICT” and for “Best Employer in Berlin-Brandenburg". The leading Software as a Service (SaaS) solution provider in the European EHS and CSR market has received distinction in the “companies with 50-250 employees” category. The prize is awarded to companies whose employees agree that they have an exceptionally good company culture and attractive working conditions.

Quentic has already successfully participated in these competitions in prior years – and has once again been nominated one of the best employers in Berlin-Brandenburg and in the ICT branch (Information and communications technology).
The basis for the evaluation was an anonymous employee questionnaire that addressed topics like trust in corporate leadership, teamwork quality, appreciation, health encouragement, work-life balance, identification with company values, opportunities for growth and compensation. As part of an additional culture audit, management was asked which actions and programs it has implemented to create a more attractive workplace culture. The anonymous employee questionnaire is however weighted higher in the overall evaluation.
