Terms & Conditions for Quentic Online Training Courses

General information:

Only employees of Quentic customers may register for a training course. Every course comprises 2 x 4 hours – divided into approximately three-hour online sessions with a consultant over two days (9:00-12:30, including breaks), along with two additional hours of individual work with practice materials. Participants can complete a quick technical check the day before the first training unit. All you will need is a laptop or PC and internet access. To complete the course, you will be given access to a training environment in the Quentic software. The deadline to register for an online training ends a week before the course start date. At least three participants must be registered in order for the training course to take place. If three people have not registered, Quentic reserves the right to cancel the training course on that date and offer registered participants a non-binding alternative date.
 

Cancellation by participant:

Participants may cancel for free up to two weeks before the start of the course. After this date, cancellations will be charged at 100% of the course fee.
 

Invoicing:  

Invoicing will be stated in your name 14-days after the training has been held, unless otherwise stated.
 

Data protection:

Your data will be handled confidentially and in accordance with EU data protection laws. Your data will only be processed for the purpose of enabling participation in Quentic online training course. To process registrations, we use Swoogo, a service from EventMobi GmbH. Swoogo is a tool that enables us to manage participants digitally. EventMobi processes the following personal data:

• Form of address (Mr., Mrs., etc.)
• Name
• Company
• Company email address
• Name of booked online training course at Quentic

The data is saved in England and in Canada, a non-EU country which is designated as a safe country as per the adequacy decision made on the basis of Article 45 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The tool will retain the data for six months following the end of the training series*. During the Quentic online training sessions, other participants may be able to see your name, the name of your company and your company email address.
