Coronavirus: Information for our customers, applicants and partners

The Corona pandemic is changing almost all facets of life as we know it. Over the past few weeks, we have been confronted with a situation where far-reaching measures have been introduced across Europe to stem the spread of the virus. Our thoughts are with those who have been personally affected by COVID-19. In these challenging times, we at Quentic agree on one thing: The safety of our customers, employees, applicants and partners is our top priority!  

We are closely watching the current developments and have taken precautions to ensure that we can also sustain our business activities under unusual cirumstances.  

Customers: We are still here for you 

As a digital software provider, we continue to support you with guidance and assistance at this time. Our software solution is available with no restrictions. The Quentic Support Team is here for you from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. on all business days. On March 11, we postponed our 10th annual HS2E Forum in Berlin to a pending later date to ensure the safety of all participants. Certain trainings and webinars were instead offered as free-to-join online sessions.    

Employees: Divided at the workplace, united in the cause   

To protect our employees, we have temporarily closed our offices in eleven European countries. Internal Quentic systems are set up so that they can be used outside of the formal workplace. Employees are equipped with everything they need to work from home. Our colleagues are looking forward to being able to greet you at our offices soon. In the meantime, let’s stay in touch with methods that keep us all the safest right now.
  
Applicants: Passionate people for sustainable software

In the past few days, we have received an increasing stream of questions from applicants, all asking: “How will the current situation affect our hiring process?” We want to take a moment to assure you that Quentic is very well prepared! We process all incoming applications, conduct interviews with candidates, draw up contracts and run onboarding activities digitally.
