BERLIN, Germany – Jan 22, 2026 – Quentic, an AMCS company and a leading provider of EHS and sustainability software-as-a-service solutions, is expanding its EHS solution with several new AI‑supported features designed to help organizations work more safely, reduce administrative effort, and respond faster to risks, building on Quentic’s well‑established role as a trusted EHS and sustainability software provider used by more than 1,000 companies worldwide.
Verdantix highlights Quentic’s momentum in advancing AI across EHS workflows
“To advance its EHS software offering, Quentic (an AMCS company) is introducing a series of AI-enabled capabilities that enhance platform performance and strengthen core operational workflows,” explained Brittany Sayers, Senior Analyst, Verdantix.
“The updates encompass AI-driven features that support LLM-based investigations, generate recommendations from audio or video observations, identify event trends through pattern analysis, and streamline SDS reviews through an intuitive interface. Together with their AI roadmap, these updates support automated, scalable EHS processes that eliminate EHS bottlenecks, including time-intensive documentation and inconsistent reporting, while aligning with broader organizational pressures around compliance, workforce constraints and proactive risk management.”
New AI features
Today’s announced features focus on providing practical support for day‑to‑day EHS management and reducing manual workload. Highlights include:
- 5‑Why Agent: A structured workflow that assists teams in uncovering root causes, capturing input from operational staff, and ensures investigations follow a consistent and reliable format across locations.
- Reporting Assistant: Uses notes, images, videos, or voice recordings to prepare organized summaries and draft reports. This makes recurring safety and compliance reporting faster and more consistent.
- Pattern Analysis: Reviews EHS data across modules to detect recurring issues, trends, and hotspots. It helps organizations identify concerns earlier and focus their prevention efforts more effectively.
These enhancements build on Quentic’s current set of EHS AI features, which include on‑demand translation, and “SDS Extract” generating chemical data records for hundreds of customers, all of which help teams reduce manual review time and maintain consistent documentation across their programs. Quentic also provides a continuously growing set of AI tools for sustainability, such as an Emission Factors Extraction Agent, a Compliance Copilot, and Scope 3 Estimation Agent.
Additional AI enhancements coming later this year
Following this release, Quentic will introduce several additional AI‑supported capabilities throughout 2026. These include new tools that make daily EHS work faster, easier, and more intuitive. Key EHS‑focused features planned for release later this year include:
- Custom Form Agent, allowing users to build complex forms through simple chat interactions.
- An Agent generating comprehension questions for online trainings, helping teams verify understanding and strengthen compliance.
- Incident reporting via chat, enabling users to record near‑misses or injuries directly through common conversational interfaces.
- Integration with agentic clients, allowing to‑dos and other tasks to be accessed through tools such as MS Teams.

More than 1,000 companies use Quentic to manage EHS & sustainability programs with consistency. The upcoming AI features strengthen the core qualities they depend on.
