What motivated Rhomberg to look for new EHS and ESG solutions?
Digitalization and efficiency: With a global footprint and over 3,000 employees, with a decentralized organisation structure across 28 companies, Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group (RSRG) needed to move away from manual, Excel-based processes to improve overall efficiency and reduce redundancies. How did Rhomberg consolidate decision-making in a large, global organization where each market operates autonomously?
