Risk assessments
Efficient occupational safety and incident prevention are elementary in an increasingly changing and demanding world of work. The risk assessment is the tool of choice here, in which we work together with managers and employees to develop and describe the identified hazards with risks and protective measures. Thanks to the integrated action management in Quentic, we provide a logical and understandable system to tackle action items. The effectiveness check afterwards is easier than ever before.
Working instructions
Working instructions are used by managers as a tool to inform and instruct employees about hazards and protective measures of activities, machinery & equipment, hazardous substances as well as bio-substances. A proper and comprehensive structure with precise contents is vital in order to increase the level of protection. Thanks to many years of experience and, if necessary, a previous risk assessment, we can combine these criteria with legal compliance and create awareness among the workforce.
Hazardous substance management
The Ordinance on Hazardous Substances (GefStoffV) not only specifies essential requirements for manufacturers and users of so-called "hazardous substances", but is also a guideline for the introduction of a hazardous substance management system. By creating and maintaining high-quality hazardous substance master data in Quentic's hazardous substance cadastre right from the start, we offer our customers not only the creation of (collective) operating instructions as well as risk assessment in accordance with TRGS 400, but also the opportunity of checking the combined storage in accordance with TRGS 510.
Online instruction and / or qualification profiles
Above a critical number of employees, instruction in presence is no longer realistically possible. Through our 25 years of experience, we have been able to collect a lot of content in the area of instruction, which we can transfer to digital online instruction tailored to your needs. In coordination with you, we can assign these instructions to a proper organizational structure within the framework of qualification profiles and thus optimize the instruction experience for your employees.
