Quentic Highlights at the A+A
Quentic is an integrated and practically oriented software solution for occupational safety, environmental management and sustainability. At the largest international trade fair for safety, security and health at work A+A, visitors will get a chance to experience the Quentic Platform with specific scenarios, talks and presentations. This year’s focus is on new technology and scope in EHS management, the Quentic 12.0 software update and mobile reporting with the Quentic App.
Future scenarios in occupational safety
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is already enhancing a variety of spheres of life and work, and its potential for occupational health and safety is very promising. At the A+A trade fair, Quentic intends to shine a light on the diverse range of opportunities and potential uses. As part of a pilot project, Quentic’s Chief Product Officer Dr. Mario Lenz will show how AI and digital assistants can help make work safer and put people at the forefront. His lecture on “Digital assistants to support occupational safety” will be given in German daily from November 5th to 7th at 3 p.m., and an additional presentation will be given in English at 11 a.m. on November 6th at the Quentic booth E12 in hall 6.
Giant LEGO® Showcase with over 55,000 LEGO pieces
At the massive 2.5 square meter LEGO® model of a chemical plant, trade fair visitors can see for themselves that augmented reality and digital assistants are no longer dreams of the
future. They can follow the operational processes like the delivery, manufacture and loading of units for transport, and also experience up close how a modern EHS platform can help make these processes safe. Also, Quentic’s AI and digital assistant pilot applications are live and ready to be tried out on-site. Plant workers can be protected from unsafe situations with AI-based image recognition, and model viewers will get a chance to see how uncomplicated reporting damages can be with guided chatbot dialogue, while Augmented Reality makes contextually relevant information available where it’s needed most.
High performance audit management with Quentic 12.0
Quentic will also use the occasion of the A+A to present software update 12.0. To provide more flexibility and procedural consistence in diverse audit situations, there is a new module component that will enable audits with findings to be recorded alongside the tried-and-true compact audit scheme currently in place. This new audit type allows users to separate responsibilities for supervising and handling tasks following an inspection. Auditors handle the
planning, conduction and documentation of audits, while local management is responsible for the aftermath, including deeper cause analysis and implementing new actions.
Management can then turn around and easily delegate tasks to specialists. Quentic 12.0 also offers more possibilities to integrate existing processes, tools and data.
Synergy arises from the incorporation of other software solutions to the platform, solutions that make organizational and/or EHS data available for use in Quentic applications. Most recent improvements include ready-to-use standard flows for popular Business Intelligence solutions, which allow an extension to be added to management dashboards, as well as the incorporation of Enhesa ScoreCards (including action allocation) in the Legal Compliance module.
